Throwback of our visit to London earlier last year. Visited some of my old favourites in London on top of new recommendations from my friends. We really enjoyed the pastries and brunch items at Dominique Ansel, but sadly, they have ceased operations (in London) due to the pandemic. 😢

Roast duck, fish & chips, pastries, desserts, Five Guys, Shake Shack (not great in UK btw), Ergon...we did pretty well considering my horrible morning sickness lol. Jien had to finish most of the food because I would feel really ill mid-meal. 😅

Till today, MA still says she wants to "Go London" lol. That little girl must have had a good time despite the jetlag.

．化完妝扮起床
早晨總是美好的，為了拍一張完美的起床照，特別早起一小時化妝，然後跳回床上自拍，只為po一張相及加一個#GoodMorning Hashtag。

．在床上吃豐盛早餐
酒店房落地大窗前的大床上，有個人捲著被單，正在享用放到滿床都是的早餐，主角要不正在呷咖啡就是拿著一份英文報紙在看，是不是很有畫面呢？

．滿枱都是食物
無論是在Cafe吃Brunch、去酒樓食點心、或是去酒店食Buffet，一定要等到全部餐點到齊，放好放滿整張枱，站高影幾張Flat lay，全枱人要獲得批准才可以開始吃。

．買英文書做裝飾
為咗突顯自己的文學修養，家中必備厚厚的英文書或英文雜誌，除了擺放在書櫃上當裝飾，拍食物時都可以作小道具。

．Food everywhere
Whether the person is enjoying brunch in a cafe, dimsum in a restaurant, or buffet in a hotel, he or she will wait for all the dishes to arrive and arrange them properly for the photo. The person will then stand up high and take a flat lay shot. No one is allowed to touch the food unless he or she is satisfied with the photos.

．Buy English books as décor
In order to present a cultured image to the followers, the person will always have stacks of English books or magazines around the house. Besides placing them on the bookshelf as décor, he or she will use them as props for food photography.

．Staring into the distance by a cliff
Hiking seems to be trendy lately. Dressed in proper hiking gears, some people will sit by the edge of a seemingly dangerous cliff and stare into the distance. Have you taken a photo like this before?

清晨5點鐘☀️，走到街上，第一次看到傳統的僧侶布施儀式。回去睡個回籠覺，起床第一件事當然不是吃早餐，先享受一個全身的寮式按摩，再出發吃一個法式早午餐，這裡的牛角包?水準真的是一流。吃飽了當然要去寺廟散散步，這次就來到寮國很著名的，一個位於龍坡邦的泰國及柬埔寨寺廟「香通寺」。入廟參拜後，離開龍坡邦之前，還是吃一個手作冰淇淋吧?，這裡的食物飲料都是比較天然清新的?，就如這裡的建築及充滿人情味的氛圍。再次踏上臥鋪，結束龍坡邦的最後一天，出發永珍?！

At 5 o'clock in the morning, walking to the street, I saw the traditional monk giving ceremony for the first time. Go back to sleep for a few hours. 前陣子我有一個朋友分享了幾次芋泥吐司、熔岩吐司之類的照片
就一直很～想吃這類的餐點
後來上網查發現離家最近的就是這間MorningGo Brunch
就在小巨蛋站一號出口旁邊必勝客的後方巷子裡
就趁假日來去吃個早午餐

MorningGo Brunch除了芋泥吐司之外
粉漿蛋餅也是吸引我的一個原因
以前我家附近也有一間傳統早餐店專賣粉漿蛋餅
吃起來就是跟蛋餅皮的口感差異很多
長大後好幾年沒吃過粉漿蛋餅了很是期待

這天假日中午來因為店內座位數不多大概六、七桌左右而已
所以稍微排了一下大約十分鐘人潮還算可以不至於大排長龍

MorningGo Brunch主餐基本上就是分為吐司類跟粉漿蛋餅兩種
品項其實滿單純的
大部分看起來都是鹹食
偶有一些看起來混雜著甜鹹（？例如肉鬆煉乳、花煉鬆薯吐司之類的...
不過這天我們來之前就決定好要吃什麼了
兩人共點了手作蜜糖芋泥吐司、經典粉漿蛋餅（費城牛肉）、搗Z厚里肌吐司三份主餐
飲料部分則選了紅茶歐蕾、豆漿紅茶

MorningGo Brunch沒有套餐式全部皆是單點
但價格我覺得還滿可以的這樣平均下來一人才150左右
吃到最後還剩下半份吐司外帶 XD

一開始先上飲料紅茶歐蕾 $60、豆漿紅茶 $50

兩款的基底都是紅茶我覺得他們家紅茶不錯
之前看有部落客提到是用「林華泰茶行」的茶
我自己喝是覺得跟一般早午餐的差異真的有出來
不會苦澀紅茶也不會帶有濃到很詭異的香味
喝起來就是自然、微甜、不苦不澀

接著就是主餐部分
經典粉漿蛋餅（費城牛肉）$35+40

這份蛋餅份量實在有大
費城牛肉內餡會自帶熔岩起司
所以可以看到整份滿滿的都是起司
真的滿有熔岩感整個溢滿盤子
旁邊則放有蛋餅經典醬料 - 醬油膏

MorningGo Brunch選用的牛肉是一般我們吃牛丼會吃到的類似培根牛的部分
油花較多口感較Q 稍微帶一些筋但不會太難咬
再加入洋蔥絲
我個人是覺得與其說是費城牛肉不如說更像壽喜燒 XD

但整體吃起來是搭的特別加上外面的濃郁起司
即使再搭上醬油膏也不會太鹹
外皮的粉漿部分更讓我稱讚混入了蔥花
吃起來真的就是超級道地！
厚度也相當誠意吃完也不會覺得膩
下次想試試看其他配料

另一份主餐
搗Z厚里肌吐司 $65

所謂的搗Z 其實就是豆腐乳的台語音譯
這道算是MorningGo Brunch的招牌之一
結合中西式作法加入台灣傳統的豆腐乳搭配里肌肉跟蛋
我個人覺得優點是里肌肉口感不錯烤得也恰到好處
搭配上炒蛋跟豆腐乳略為鹹甜帶有豆腐乳香味確實不錯
但生菜部分跟豆腐乳搭起來反而有些微苦味
我會覺得有點不搭個人比較不太愛這個生菜的味道

最後是心心念念很久的
手作蜜糖芋泥吐司 $70

除了一份吐司外還放了一小份的芋泥在旁邊
其實MorningGo Brunch的比較類似芋頭＋芋泥混合
不會完全綿軟到沒有口感但芋頭也燉煮得非常軟依舊是入口即化的程度
單吃這份芋泥就可以感受到

除了芋泥外也淋上了些許煉乳
吐司本身真的是烤得很到位光這個吐司的色澤就想給他拍拍手
酥脆跟焦度都剛好
吐司本身的厚度也夠不會因為內餡芋泥的水分而整個濕軟掉仍有脆度

最最重要的內餡
我必須說完全沒有讓我失望非常好吃
除了剛剛提到的口感結合綿軟芋泥跟芋頭塊之外
讓我很喜歡的是它的甜度跟保有芋頭自然的香氣
甜度不會讓人感覺很甜膩而是自然的微甜
是會讓人想一口接一口吃下去很剛好的甜度

總結來說
芋泥吐司非常好吃所以我一定會再訪
粉漿蛋餅也完全不讓人失望道地、美味、份量足夠
鹹口味的吐司之後可能會想試試看其他口味
餐點之外的小缺點可能是店內空間真的比較狹窄
而店家本身又有接外送業者的單但店內用餐也是要自行去出餐口拿
導致出餐口有時候會撞在一起相當擁擠
而雖然設有回收區感覺是希望客人吃完可以自行回收
但不知道是沒有特意宣導還是也是礙於通道狹窄怕出入困難
最後還是幾乎都是工作人員收桌
而店內人員似乎只有三人便顯得有些過於忙碌跟人手不足
雖不至於影響出餐或清潔但我覺得可能動線或是人力分配上可以再更好！
